YOGA is really a way of life, a discipline; it is not just an experience on your mat, but how you live day-to-day. It is your internal thoughts, your external actions, your awareness within yourself through meditation, breathwork, and asanas, and your awareness toward others through kindness and compassion.

Using the oils during your practice will enhance your time on the mat. The oils will help you reach the mental or physical state you want. 


Diffuse with a purpose: Use your diffuser and fill it with the oil(s) that will inspire you on your mat.

Oils, Frequency, & Meditation

The human body is is made up of 99% atoms... so we are more vibration than mass. Thus, we can be STRONGLY impacted -- either positively or negatively -- by vibrational energy.  

In his book The Body Electric, Dr. Robert O. Becker tells us that the human body has an electrical frequency, and also that much about a person's health can be determined by its frequency levels. 


When the body has normally harmonious coherent frequency we are living above the wellness line. We are healthy when we are vibrating at the healthy frequency!  Since all living cells vibrate, our cells, tissues, organs each have a different frequency that can be measured.  If cells are healthy they emit more frequency; if not, they emit less. When we are living above the wellness line, we experience harmony, health and balance.

There is little doubt that positive thoughts, feelings, prayer, meditation, all have a vibratory quality that forms a measurable frequency and that it can raise our frequency levels.  Feelings of fear, grief and despair vibrate at a very low frequency and feelings of love, joy and gratitude vibrate at a much quicker and higher frequency- meditation states are even higher.


Some of Bruce Tainio & D. Gary Young experiments showed that negative thoughts were found to lower the human frequency by about 12 MHz, while positive thoughts raised the frequency by 10 MHz.  Interestingly, prayer and meditation raised the frequency by 15 MHz.  A negative mental state can lower a person's frequency. If we allow negative emotions and limiting thoughts to be in charge, this lowers our bodies frequency. It also happens when we are easily affected by what other people say and when they are projecting negative energy and we accept it. It is evident that essential oils can play a part in raising one’s Frequency.  


Think about how fresh produce measures around 15 MHz and dry herbs around 20-27MHz.  


Now let us tell you the measured frequencies of essential oils begin at 52 MHz (Basil Essential Oils) and go as high as 320 MHz (Rose Essential Oil).  { It is believed that Idaho Blue Spruce may have a frequency of around 500MHz & Northern Lights Black Spruce may be higher.
